Nextgen Refractories Private Limited is a manufacturer of monolithic and shaped refractory products for the iron and steel industry. Based at the Urla Industrial Area in Raipur, our plant supplies steel producers across the Chhattisgarh belt — induction furnace units, billet casters, sponge iron plants, ferro-alloy producers, and integrated steel plants — with tundish boards, nozzle filling compound, castables, refractory mortars, and silica ramming mass.

We were founded on a specific conviction — that refractories are not commodities. Two bags of castable marked "80% alumina" from two suppliers behave very differently in service. The behaviour comes from what happens before the bag closes: raw-material chemistry, sizing distribution, mixing discipline, drying schedules, and lot-level QC. Every one of these steps is under our direct control.

Our position in the Chhattisgarh steel belt gives our customers something valuable: proximity. Same-day despatch, on-plant application support within hours, and a technical team that walks the shop floor with our customers when a lining behaves unexpectedly. We work engineer-to-engineer.
