Overview

Built for consistent service.

Formulated with tabular and brown-fused alumina, calcium aluminate binders and controlled additives. Each grade is designed for a defined temperature band, installation method (casting, gunning, self-flow) and service condition (slag contact, thermal cycling, abrasion). Representative values below are for our 70% Al₂O₃ low-cement grade — grade-specific datasheets available on request.

Handling, storage & installation

Store bags dry, off the ground, use within 3 months of manufacture. Use only potable water — 5.5 to 6.5 % by weight, adjust for ambient temperature. Follow the drying schedule strictly; premature heating causes explosive spalling.

Packing & despatch

25 kg moisture-barrier bags, 40 bags per pallet, shrink-wrapped. Lead time: 7–12 days depending on grade.
